For Pasta:
- 2 cups pasta penne o fusilli
- Water for boiling
- 1 tsp salt
For Chicken:
- 250 g boneless chicken small pieces
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic chopped
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp black pepper
- For Yogurt Sauce:
- 1 cup thick curd yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- Salt to taste
For Butter Sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika optional
Step 2: Cook the Chicken
Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and sauté for a few seconds.
Now add chicken pieces and cook on medium flame.
Add:
Salt
Black pepper
Chili flakes
Cook until the chicken is soft and slightly golden.
Step 3: Prepare Yogurt Sauce
Step 4: Make Butter Sauce
Take a small pan. Melt butter.
Add chili powder and paprika.
Cook for a few seconds — don’t burn it!
Step 5: Assemble the Dish
Now comes the fun part…
Take boiled pasta in a plate
Add cooked chicken on top
Pour yogurt sauce generously
Drizzle spicy butter over it
