Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ripe mango freshly chopped or frozen
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk canned, full-fat for creaminess
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice for extra tang
  • 1 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp sweetener agave, honey, or simple syrup, optional
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • For Garnish: Mango slice lime wedge, maraschino cherry, toasted coconut flakes.
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice about 2-3 oranges
  • 4-5 fresh basil leaves plus one for garnish
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup or agave optional, to taste
  • Sparkling water or club soda optional, for fizz
  • Ice cubes
  • For Garnish: Orange wheel basil sprig.

Instructions
 

Step 1

  • Add mango, coconut milk, pineapple juice, lime juice, sweetener (if using), and ice to a blender.

Step 2

  • Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.

Step 3

  • Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice if needed.

Step 4

  • Pour into a glass filled with ice.

Step 5

  • Top with sparkling water if desired and garnish with mango, lime, or toasted coconut. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use ripe mango for the best taste and natural sweetness. Fresh mango works great, but frozen mango can be used if you want a thicker, chilled drink. Full-fat coconut milk gives the mocktail a creamy and rich texture, similar to a classic colada. You may not need extra sweetener if your mango is already sweet, so taste first and adjust if needed. Serve the mocktail right after blending for the best flavor and texture. If it sits for a while, just stir or blend again before serving.
