  • Chicken breast – 2 large boneless & skinless
  • Butter – 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic – 4 cloves chopped
  • Fresh cream – 1 cup
  • Chicken broth – ½ cup
  • Parmesan cheese – ½ cup grated
  • Spinach – 1 cup optional but recommended
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Black pepper – 1 teaspoon
  • Italian seasoning – 1 teaspoon
  • Chili flakes – ½ teaspoon optional

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  • Wash the chicken breasts and pat them dry. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. This will enhance the flavor.

Step 2: Heat the Pan

  • Take a large skillet and heat olive oil and butter on medium flame. Let the butter melt completely.

  • Put the cooked chicken back into the pan. Coat it well with the creamy sauce.
