Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 2 –3 tbsp harissa paste
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 –4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt or to taste
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

Step 1: Preheat the oven

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or foil.

Step 2: Dry the chicken wings

  • Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel. This helps them become crispy while baking.

Step 3: Prepare the sauce

  • In a bowl, mix harissa paste, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice until well combined.

Step 4: Coat the wings

  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them well so they are fully covered with the sauce.

Step 5: Arrange on tray

  • Place the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking tray. Do not overcrowd.

Step 6: Bake

  • Bake for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.

Step 7: Extra glaze (optional)

  • Brush some extra honey-harissa sauce on top during the last 5 minutes for more flavor.

Step 8: Serve

  • Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley or sesame seeds, and serve hot.
