Equipment

  • 1 Glass jar or bottle (preferably airtight)
  • 2 Knife and chopping board
  • 3 Spoon or stirrer
  • 4 Blender (optional for some recipes)
  • 5 Strainer (optional)
  • 6 Measuring cups + spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 1 liter water
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • ½ cucumber sliced
  • 8 –10 mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Few ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare Ingredients

  • Wash all ingredients properly — especially cucumber and lemon. Slice them into thin pieces.

Step 2: Add to Jar

  • Take a large glass jar and add cucumber slices, lemon slices, mint leaves, and grated ginger.

Step 3: Pour Water

  • Now pour 1 liter of clean drinking water into the jar.

Step 4: Mix & Rest

  • Stir gently… then let it sit for at least 2–3 hours.
  • (If you can wait overnight — even better!)

Step 5: Serve & Enjoy

  • Add ice cubes if you like… and your detox drink is ready.
