Ingredients
  

For the Patty:

  • 250 g minced chicken or beef
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp oil

For the Bowl Base:

  • 1 cup lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 cup tomato chopped

Toppings:

  • 2 cheese slices or grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard sauce optional
  • Pickles optional but tasty

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Patty Mixture

  • Take a bowl and add minced meat, chopped onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Mix everything well using your hands.

Step 2: Shape the Patties

  • Now make medium-sized round patties. Don’t make them too thick, or they may not cook properly.

Step 3: Cook the Patties

  • Heat oil in a pan. Place the patties and cook on medium flame for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.

Step 4: Prepare the Veggies

  • While patties are cooking, chop lettuce, cucumber, cabbage, and tomato. Keep everything ready in a bowl.

Step 5: Make the Sauce

  • Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a small bowl. This will give that classic burger taste.

Step 6: Assemble the Bowl

  • Now comes the fun part!
  • Take a serving bowl and add lettuce as the base. Add all veggies on top.

Step 7: Add Patties & Toppings

  • Place the cooked patties over the veggies. Add cheese slices and drizzle sauce on top.

  • Add pickles if you like and give it a slight mix before eating.
